It forms part of the nationwide network of rehabilitation support services provided by the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT).\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs a Team Leader your main purpose will be to contribute and have responsibility for providing quality social and vocational support services for the people we support. You will lead, supervise and develop a team of support workers to ensure the needs of those we support are met according to their individual support plan in line with company policy and procedures and regulatory standards.\n\nMain duties will include:\nEstablish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders in order to compliment and contribute to the positive reputation of the company.\nTo provide line management to a designated team of staff within a specified group at a location or group of locations within the allocated division.\nTo undertake any reasonable traveling requirements in order to fulfil the tasks and responsibilities of the role.
