If you’re curious, hands-on, and ready to grow in a fast-paced medtech environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.\nYour mission\nBecome an expert in our Image Guided Surgery product line and its clinical applications.\nBuild strong relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and partners - earning trust through knowledge and integrity.\nTravel across your region to support customer visits, workshops, and conferences.\nCollaborate with colleagues from Sales, Customer Consulting, Product Management, and Marketing.\nSupport the full sales cycle - from lead generation and product demos to post-sale follow-up.\nPrepare documentation for tenders and proposals (quotes, letters, technical responses).\nHelp grow Brainlab’s presence in Spain and contribute to our mission of improving patient care.\nRepresent Brainlab with professionalism, curiosity, and a passion for innovation.\n A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nInterest in medical technology, surgical workflows, and healthcare innovation.\nEntrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, organized, and proactive.\nSales experience with capital equipment is a plus - but not required.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nWillingness to travel;
