PLUS」「MatchinGood」の戦略立案から企画推進を牽引していただきます。\nインサイドセールス、フィールドセールス、カスタマーサクセス、プロダクト部門と連携しながら、業界内での認知・ブランディング向上や、新たな施策（SNS・新規チャネル等）の検証・導入を主導いただきます。将来的には顧客ニーズを起爆剤としたプロダクト企画や、AIを活用した新規事業の推進など、事業企画領域へも幅を広げていただける環境です。\n主な役割\nデータ分析結果を踏まえ、「何が課題で、どのような打ち手（企画）が必要か」を構造的に考え、売上・ROASに直結する施策を推進していただきます。\n具体的な業務内容\n①マーケティング施策の企画・推進\n・分析データや現場課題に基づく具体施策（オウンドメディア、Web広告、ウェビナー、事例コンテンツ等）の企画立案・進行管理\n・SNS活用や新たな集客チャネル・施策の検討および検証・導入\n・業界内での認知度向上・自社ブランドのブランディング強化施策の推進\n② 戦略立案・KPIモニタリング\n・ROASや各種KPIのモニタリング・分析によるボトルネック・課題の抽出\n・分析結果に基づく仮説検証、リード獲得〜CV設計までの改善サイクルの回し込み\n③ 部門間連携・マーケティング基盤の確立\n・インサイドセールス（IS）、フィールドセールス（FS）、カスタマーサクセス（CS）、プロダクト開発チームとの連続的な連携\n・受注や顧客成果へ繋がるマーケティングプロセスの構築およびプロダクトへの顧客ニーズフィードバック\n※従事すべき業務の変更の範囲：会社の定める業務\n魅力\n◆
