Learn more about Loop X by clickinghere .\nMain responsibilities will include:\nIndependently perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of Brainlab systems (e.g. Loop X, Airo) at hospitals and clinical sites\nProvide remote and on-site technical support, guiding clinical users through troubleshooting and system operation\nEnsure optimal device functionality by conducting diagnostics, upgrades, and proactive service checks\nAct as a trusted technical advisor for our customers, fostering strong relationships and long-term satisfaction\nSupport product launches by coordinating setup, testing, and user onboarding\nDocument all service activities accurately and in compliance with quality standards\nCollaborate closely with other teams (sales, engineering, clinical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience\n Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or similar\nIdeally first experience in technical support, preferably in the healthcare sector\nFamiliar with X-ray systems and/or scanner technology (a plus)\nStrong IT, networking, and troubleshooting skills\nIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented working style\nExcellent communication skills in English and German\nHigh willingness to travel national (up to 80%), with the possibility of occasional international assignments\nConfident use of MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage\nValid driver’s licens\n A mutually-supportive, international team\nMeaningful work with a lasting impact on medical technology\nCompany car, cell phone, laptop - also for private use\nFlexible working hours as well as homeoffice\nComprehensive training and continuing education opportunities\nReady to apply?
