You'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving web experiences across developer websites, product launches, events, and digital campaigns.\nWe're looking for someone who is comfortable working across the full lifecycle of a web project - from understanding business needs and evaluating site performance to recommending improvements, implementing updates, coordinating with engineering, and measuring results.\nThe ideal candidate is technically capable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. You'll also be expected to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, accelerate production, and maintain a high standard of quality.\nWhat You'll Do\nCMS Development & Website Management\nBuild, update, and maintain web pages, landing pages, blogs, and other digital content across internal and external CMS platforms.\nImplement website updates using CMS tools and front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nWork within existing component-based design systems, identifying when new or updated components are needed.\nPartner with engineering teams on more complex development needs, technical enhancements, and troubleshooting.\nSupport content publishing, website maintenance, and updates across developer-focused web properties.\nEnsure all website updates are responsive, accessible, accurate, and aligned with brand and technical requirements.\nWeb Strategy, UX & Optimization\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities to improve website functionality, user experience, and engagement.\nReview website analytics and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.\nRecommend and support UX/UI improvements, including page layouts, navigation, content organization, and calls to action.\nDevelop design concepts and coordinate design and brand reviews before implementation.\nPartner with engineering to scope and implement new website components or functionality.\nMonitor performance following launches and updates to evaluate effectiveness and identify further improvements.\nWebsite Launches & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nSupport end-to-end execution of website projects tied to product launches, events, campaigns, and ongoing site improvements.\nWork closely with product, marketing, design, engineering, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, establish priorities, and deliver updates.\nCoordinate multiple workstreams, including design reviews, technical requirements, approvals, testing, and publishing.\nManage competing priorities and respond quickly to time-sensitive requests, including high-visibility launches with compressed timelines.\nConduct thorough QA across devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure content and functionality are working as expected.\nTroubleshoot website issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate teams.\nForms, Integrations & Analytics\nBuild, maintain, and optimize web forms, including lead generation and registration experiences.\nSupport integrations between website forms, CMS platforms, and systems such as Salesforce.\nTroubleshoot form functionality, submission issues, and related technical workflows.\nImplement and validate analytics tracking, tagging, and reporting requirements.\nSupport performance reporting and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.\nApply SEO best practices, including metadata, content structure, and website optimization.\nAI, Automation & Process Improvement\nActively leverage AI tools to accelerate website development, content publishing, troubleshooting, and QA.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive CMS tasks, reporting, and operational workflows.\nUse AI-assisted tools to support page creation, debugging, technical problem-solving, and workflow efficiency.\nExplore and recommend improvements to existing tools, systems, and processes that increase speed, quality, and scalability.\nBalance efficiency with strong quality control, ensuring AI-assisted work is reviewed and validated before launch.\nWhat You'll Bring\n3-5 years of experience in web development, CMS management, or a hybrid web production/development role.\nStrong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nHands-on experience building and maintaining websites within enterprise CMS platforms.\nFamiliarity with component-based website architectures and reusable design systems.\nExperience supporting website launches, content publishing, and ongoing site optimization.\nUnderstanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to translate performance insights into practical website improvements.\nExperience working with web analytics tools to evaluate site performance and engagement.\nStrong QA and troubleshooting skills, with exceptional attention to detail.\nExperience using AI tools to support development, automation, debugging, and productivity.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nComfortable taking ownership of workstreams, identifying issues proactively, and working independently.\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting developer-focused, technical, or product-led websites.\nFamiliarity component-based front-end frameworks.\nExperience code reviews, or structured development workflows.\nExperience with Salesforce, particularly web forms, lead generation, and
