Accurate documentation and staying informed about Salesforce features and trends are essential for success.\n\nTechnical and Personal Skills:\n\nMandatory overlap with the Sydney time zone.\n3+ years’ hands-on development experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Flows, Platform events, Reports, Custom Objects, Salesforce APIs, and Force.com\nExperience with Service, Sales and Experience Cloud\nStrong understanding of integration concepts and experience in developing integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs\nDemonstrated experience with configuration across (but not limited to) workflows, Process Builder, standard and custom objects/fields, page layouts, security and access, reports, dashboards, Email-To-Case, Case Management, Dynamic Layout, apps, custom settings, mobile administration.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills\nDemonstrated exceptional customer service, verbal/written communication and collaboration skills with a variety of stakeholders with varying technical expertise\nExperience working independently and proactively whilst demonstrating impeccable risk identification/mitigation and time management skills\nProven ability to write quality, fit-for-purpose documentation, including but not limited to KB articles, technical designs, and release notes.\nA desire, passion, and tenacity to set a personal vision and make a real difference in your work with your colleagues.
