This job requires that employees carry different loads when needed and help out in other areas when necessary. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:\nCheck specified labels of products to verify right content on boxes.\nTake product from one location to another location when needed.\nAssist in helping others as needed.\nNeeds to get certified before using any kind of driving equipment.\nFrequently lifts up to 40lbs and occasionally lifts up to 60 lbs.\nWalks throughout the facility frequently. Distance can range from 1 to several miles per day. Must be able to stand on their feet and walk around for long periods of time.\nMust have good visual skills including the ability to see and distinguish colors. Constantly subject to extremely wet and cold environments as well as wet and hot environments.\nFrequently talks and receives information from line leaders and Supervisors.\nFrequently uses both hands and fingers/hand manipulation skills to inspect the product and handle boxes.\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\nAbility to work unsupervised and self-motivate.\nAbility to work nights, weekends, and extended shift hours.\nSound work ethic, honesty and moral character.\nPREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nMust be able to count and understand numbers.\nJack driver knowledge helpful but not required: needs to be able to get certified to be able to move product. Good interpersonal skills required. Able to work professionally with employees from multiple areas (line leader, line operator, supervisor, etc.)\nExcellent verbal communication skills required. Must be polite but able to ask question and gain information from others when needed.\nMust be flexible and willing to work in various functions\nSchedule flexibility is required.
