They oversee team members, handle shift scheduling, and serve as the bridge between management and floor workers.\nCore Responsibilities\nProduction Oversight: Coordinate workflow, assign daily tasks, and execute manufacturing schedules to meet output quotas. \nQuality Assurance: Conduct product inspections, perform line clearances, and complete necessary quality checklists. \n Team Leadership & Training: Train new hires, coach staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), execute performance evaluations, and manage shift schedules. \nSafety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, ensure team members wear appropriate protective gear, and maintain a clean work environment compliant with GMP and ISO standards\n Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot machinery (Pac Mac Baggers), assist supporting departments (Engineering, Maintenance) with downtime, and resolve team conflicts\nKey Qualifications\nExperience: 2+ years of prior experience in a production, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
