  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritise potential partners based on scale, user quality, commercial viability, and compliance fit
  • Lead end-to-end partner onboarding including commercials, integrations, SLAs, and launch readiness

Growth, Performance & Quality Ownership

  • Drive partner performance across volume, CAC, approval rates, credit quality, fraud, and LTV metrics
  • Optimise partner mix to balance scale with portfolio health and profitability
  • Work closely with credit teams to curate strategic programs and monitor early risk signals and ensure portfolio quality

Commercials & Negotiation

  • Own commercial negotiations, payout structures, and performance-linked incentives
  • Build scalable commercial frameworks aligned with long-term unit economics

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Product and Tech teams on integrations, APIs, tracking, and attribution
  • Work with Legal, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure smooth partner operations
  • Act as the single point of accountability for platform and aggregator partnerships

Insights & Reporting

  • Own dashboards and reporting for platform and aggregator channel performance
  • Present strategic updates, risks, and growth opportunities to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Education: MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform-led acquisition roles; fintech/BFSI experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience onboarding and scaling partnerships with large consumer platforms or lead aggregators

Skills & Capabilities

  • Proven track record of working with high-DAU platforms (e.g., payments, telco, super apps) or similar ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of platform integrations, attribution, and performance tracking
  • Deep knowledge of fintech compliance, RBI guidelines, and partner governance
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity, high-scale environments
