We are experts in the data behind the models. The Sr Data Scientist will specialize in the healthcare data by owning custom experiments and analyses, running feasibilities, and evaluating new data partners. They will partner cross-functionally with client success, engineering, product, and partnerships roles to deliver rigorous analyses and results that have a direct client and product impact.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign experiments and implement analyses to build audiences that cannot currently be built in platform\n\nDrive feasibilities to inform product requirements and capabilities\n\nEvaluate potential new data sources and provide recommendations on the value-add of these sources\n\nWork directly and independently with client success, product, and partnerships team mates to achieve the above\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of experience working on healthcare claims, EHR or similar data to deliver client-facing results\n\nStrong proficiency in Python and SQL\n\nStrong proficiency in statistics and experimental design\n\nDemonstrated ability to translate business and customer priorities into analysis results\n\nAbility to adapt communication to different internal and external stakeholders\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nProficiency with pyspark, AWS, and github\n\nExperience in pharmaceutical marketing or commercialization\n\nAdvanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Epidemiology, or related field\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nBranchLab is an equal opportunity employer.
