You will work closely with software engineers, architects, and engineering leadership to drive technical standards, improve developer experience, and help shape the future architecture of our platform\nZakres obowiązków\nDesign, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Own and evolve our Kubernetes platform (EKS), ensuring reliability, scalability, and security \n Drive CI/CD best practices and support engineering teams in building efficient delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions \n Define and improve platform architecture, deployment strategies, and operational standards \n Implement and maintain observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and related tooling \n Improve system reliability, resilience, disaster recovery, backup, and rollback processes \n Collaborate with development teams on performance tuning, troubleshooting, and operational excellence \n Promote security best practices across infrastructure, applications, and delivery pipelines \n Evaluate and introduce new technologies, automation opportunities, and AI- powered engineering tools where they bring value \n Mentor engineers and contribute to the growth of DevOps capabilities across the organisation\nWymagania\nMust haveExtensive hands-on experience as a DevOps, Platform, SRE, or DevSecOps Engineer\nProven experience designing and operating production workloads on AWS\nStrong experience with Kubernetes, preferably Amazon EKS\nExperience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices\nExperience with GitOps approaches and tools\nExperience with service mesh technologies such as Istio\nExperience with Helm\nExperience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms, ideally Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki\nGood understanding of networking, cloud security, identity and access management, and application security principles\nStrong troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis skills\nAbility to operate independently and make architectural and operational decisions\nNice to haveExperience with scripting and automation using Python, Node.js, or similar languages\nFamiliarity with application stacks based on Java, PHP, and/or Node.js\nExperience with DevSecOps tooling and secure software delivery practices\nExperience leveraging AI-assisted development and operational tooling\nTech
