However, the list is not to be considered as all inclusive.\nSchedule: Wednesday - Sunday; 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM\nHourly Rate: $26.95 + $1.70 shift differential, this is a 40-hour work week\nJob Qualifications and Requirements:\nAbility to clean, strip, polish building surfaces as directed.\n\nAbility to read and understand simple instructions in English.\n\nAbility to follow simple oral instructions in English.\n\nAbility to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with supervisors, fellow workers, department heads and other members of the campus community.\n\nAbility to work effectively in an environment subject to frequently changing priorities and periodic stress from individuals and deadlines.\n\nAbility to bend, stoop, lift and move furniture, shovel snow and remove trash weighing 30 pounds.\n\nAbility to work effectively and efficiently either independently or in a project team setting.\n\nAbility to organize responsibilities and tasks weekly to perform them efficiently and effectively.\n\nAbility to respond to and clean up after emergencies and disasters.\n\nAbility to perform other related tasks as required.\n\nJob Location (Place(s) where work is performed):\nInside campus buildings and outside perimeter of buildings.\n Equipment (Machines, devices, tools, etc., used in job performance):\nFloor buffers, vacuums of all types, wet/vacuums, automatic walk-behind and riding floor scrubbers, pressure washers, 44 gallon trash containers, snow shovels, ice chippers, brooms, mops, pails with ringers, chemicals including but not limited to: ammonia, bleach, germicide/disinfectant, floor stripper, wax, ice melt, and metal polish.\nPay Range Disclosure\nThe University's pay ranges represent a good faith estimate of what Brandeis reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting.
