Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.\nResponsibilities\nActs as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort\nServes as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues\nOversees contractor execution of the contract requirements\nManages acquisition and employment of program/project resources\nQualifications\n10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills-verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening-for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal\nAbility to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter\nWorking knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Microsoft Project 2016; and Adobe Acrobat (reader and pro)\nKnowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS)\nDesired Experience:\n5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR\nEDUCATION\nDegree: MA/MS degree\nAllowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree, or six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.\nCLEARANCE\nCondition of Employment: Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
