Playing an intermediary role between Corporate HR Operations and Plant HR Ops teams to ensure Group level & cluster initiatives are implemented as per expected standards and seek solutions for the related opportunities raised from the Plants. Ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance in the Plant is also critical to the role holder.\nFurthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nResponsible for assessing and fulfilling manpower needs within the Region \nManage ELC (Employee Life Cycle) transactions for the KAG \nMonitor and drive achievement of KPIs across the Region\nResponsible to conduct and support HR Governance related activities across Plants\nProvide support to plants for setting and improving the HR Operations processes, pay & benefits and systems\nOversee administration of employee engagement surveys and employee welfare and benefits schemes across the Region\nEducation\nDegree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or professional education equivalent to a degree\nExperience\n4 to 6+ years of experience in Human Resources\nCompetencies\nDrive Vision & Growth\nExcite & Engage Customers\nInspire Each Other\nSimplify & Focus\nTC -
