In under 18 months, we’ve raised $36M and are already working with the world’s largest Fortune 500 brands, helping define how global companies win in the AI era.\nWe’re looking for an exceptional writer and content strategist to build the content engine behind Brandlight’s executives, research, and market POV.\nIn a nutshell, you will:\nCapture great ideas.\n\nArticulate them through exceptional writing (post/paper/blog/etc).\n\nTurn it into a system.\n\nAbout the Role\nOwn and execute Brandlight’s executive thought leadership, copywriting, editorial content, research-driven assets, and distribution across social, search, and AI discovery.\nIn Your Day-to-day, You Will:\nExecutive LinkedIn Content, Thought Leadership & Copywriting\nBe the engine behind Brandlight’s executive voices, turning their ideas and expertise into a consistent, high-signal presence\n\nBuild executive LinkedIn profiles into a serious thought leadership and growth channel\n\nWrite content that captures each leader’s authentic voice, perspective, and expertise\n\nWork directly with executives to extract ideas, sharpen arguments, and turn rough thinking into compelling narratives\n\nDevelop strong hooks, POVs, messaging, and copy across posts, articles, landing pages, reports, and campaigns\n\nContent Assets, Research & Customers stories\nTurn Brandlight’s proprietary research and data into reports, benchmarks, data stories, and high-value content assets.\n\nOwn content across executive LinkedIn, company social, newsletters, blog posts, and other editorial formats\n\nDevelop customer stories and other assets that make Brandlight’s value tangible to enterprise buyers.\n\nDistribution\nBuild content designed to perform across traditional search and AI discovery, with a strong understanding of how authority, citations, and discoverability work across both.\n\nBuild a repeatable process for ideas, writing, approvals, publishing, repurposing, and distribution.\n\nPartner with Growth to understand what content reaches the right accounts and contributes to pipeline\n\nHelp identify creators, newsletters, podcasts, and industry voices that can expand Brandlight’s reach.\n\nUse AI deeply across research, ideation, writing, editing, repurposing, analysis, and production.\n\nWho You Are\nYou’re an exceptional writer and editor with real taste and very high standards. You have range. An executive LinkedIn post, a research story, a customer case, a blog post, and a newsletter should all feel sharp and natural in your hands.\n\nYou know how to write for executives. You can capture how someone thinks and sounds, extract a strong point of view from a short conversation, and turn rough thinking into something they are proud to publish.\n\nYou understand distribution as well as creation. Publishing is only half the job. You think about how content travels across LinkedIn, newsletters, social, creators, search, AI answers, and other channels.\n\nBonus: you understand modern search and AI discovery. Familiarity with SEO and AEO/GEO is highly recommended. You should understand how content earns authority, rankings, citations, and visibility across both traditional search and AI platforms.\n\nNice to Have\n5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, journalism, or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology\n\nProven experience ghostwriting for founders, executives, or other strong individual voices\n\nExperience at a technical product company or in a data, AI, developer, or similarly technical environment\n\nExperience creating content for Enterprise, Fortune 1000, or Fortune 500 audiences\n\nExperience working with proprietary research or data storytelling\n\nYou’ve built or run a creator or influencer program in B2B\n\nVideo and short-form production experience, or comfort working closely with those formats\n\nExperience with PR, category creation, or other earned-distribution programs\n\nBonus: experience with video storytelling, including scripting, editing, and producing short-form or executive-led video content, as well as podcasts, creators, or other earned and organic distribution formats, is a strong plus.\n\nAdditional Information\nYou’ll join a small, highly hands-on marketing team and have significant ownership over how Brandlight’s ideas, executives, research, and point of view show up in the market.\nWe’re not looking for someone to produce more content.
