We are committed to developing talent internally and promoting from within.\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional client experiences, this is an opportunity to build a meaningful and scalable career.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn and manage a portfolio of approximately 100 claims.\nServe as the dedicated front office relationship lead, providing proactive updates and high-touch service throughout the lifecycle of each claim.\nDrive claim momentum by coordinating with insurance carriers, medical providers, and third parties to secure necessary documentation and move claims forward.\nIdentify coverage opportunities, damages, and recovery potential through detailed claims review.\nOpen and manage claims, ensuring all filings and deadlines are met.\nTrack and manage liens, balances, and related financial components with strong attention to detail.\nUtilize Litify (Salesforce) to maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and performance metrics.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, providing updates and strategic insights.\nMaintain organized files to ensure claims are positioned for successful transition when necessary.\nQualifications:\nBackground in sales, account management, client success, or high-volume customer service.\nComfortable managing a “book” of clients with accountability for responsiveness and follow-through.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidently handle sensitive conversations.\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nDetail-oriented while maintaining a client-first mindset.\nMotivated by performance, productivity, measurable outcomes - and long-term career growth.\nCompensation Range:\n$65,000—$75,000 USD\nCompensation: The compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors.
