This role will partner with functional teams to transform business requirements into actionable insights, ensure data integrity, and deliver scalable reporting solutions that drive informed decision-making.\n\nThe position plays a critical role in enabling data-driven business decisions by providing accurate, timely, and meaningful workforce and operational analytics through Workday reporting tools and data visualization platforms.\n\nThis position plays a critical role in ensuring:\n\nAvailability of accurate and reliable Workday data for business reporting and decision-making.\nEffective utilization of Workday reporting capabilities, including Standard Reports, Custom Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, and Dashboards.\nTimely delivery of operational, compliance, regulatory, and executive reporting requirements.\nConsistent data governance, security, and reporting standards across Workday.\nIdentification of workforce trends and business insights through analytics and reporting.\nContinuous improvement of reporting processes, automation, and self-service analytics capabilities.\nAlignment of reporting solutions with organizational objectives and business priorities.\n\nExperience Level: 3-6 years of Workday experience with 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting & Dashboard.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nWorkday Reporting & Analytics\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics solutions.\nBuild and support Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, and Calculated Field-based reports.\nDevelop Discovery Boards and executive dashboards for leadership reporting.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.\nCreate and maintain report documentation, data definitions, and reporting catalogues.\nStakeholder Management\nCollaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent Management, and business leaders to understand reporting needs.\nConduct requirement-gathering sessions and recommend reporting best practices.\nProvide consulting and guidance on Workday reporting capabilities.\nData Quality & Governance\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Workday reporting outputs.\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.\nSupport audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.\nMaintain adherence to security and data privacy policies.\nReporting Operations & Support\nTroubleshoot report issues and investigate data discrepancies.\nManage report schedules, notifications, and distribution processes.\nSupport Workday releases by conducting impact assessments and regression testing.\nMonitor reporting performance and optimize for efficiency.\nAnalytics & Insights\nAnalyze workforce and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nDevelop KPI dashboards and leadership metrics.\nProduce recurring and ad-hoc analytical reports for management.\nSupport strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting activities.\nDrive reporting standardization and process improvements.\nStay current with Workday enhancements and emerging analytics capabilities.\nRecommend innovative reporting and visualization solutions.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nTechnical Skills\n3+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, Analytics, or HRIS reporting roles.\nHands-on experience with:\nCustom Reports\nMatrix Reports\nComposite Reports\nAdvanced Reports\nCalculated Fields\nDiscovery Boards\nDashboards\nStrong understanding of Workday HCM data structures and business objects.\nExperience with report optimization and performance tuning.\nKnowledge of data validation, auditing, and governance practices.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.\nAnalytics Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience translating business requirements into reporting solutions.\nAbility to interpret data and provide actionable insights.\nExperience developing executive-level KPI dashboards and scorecards.\nFamiliarity with workforce analytics and organizational reporting.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nWorkday Reporting Certification.\nWorkday Pro Certification or equivalent Workday specialization.\nExperience with Workday Adaptive Planning reporting.\nExperience supporting global organizations and multi-country reporting requirements.\nKnowledge of workforce planning and people analytics methodologies.\nExperience participating in Workday implementation or transformation programs.\n\nSoft
