The role is also responsible for carrying out accounts payable activities to ensure priorities and business objectives are met.\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive Remuneration Package\nPositive and supportive working environment\nBe a key part of the continuous growth of our company.\nEmployee Assistance Program\nSalary packaging and novated leasing options\nAbout the role:\nDuties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nTimely & accurate entry of accounts payable invoices.\nReconciliation & entry of corporate credit cards.\nReconciliation & entry of SRO credit cards\nReconciliation of creditor statements and liaison with suppliers/branches to resolve issues.\nEnsure all signatories and purchase orders have been approved.\nReconciliation of Aged Creditors Trial balance.\nProvide cash flow forecast on invoices by due date.\nProcess weekly and month end payment runs.\nAdminister the process of staff reimbursements.\nMonth end Journals and reconciliations.\nAssist in the processing of daily bank reconciliation.\nMaintenance of Motor Vehicle Etags and fuel cards\nMonth end Journals and reconciliations\nContributing as an effective team member by sharing information, supporting, and assisting colleagues in a proactive manner to meet goals and deadlines.\nMaintaining company policies and procedures.\nGeneral reception and administration as required.\nAssisting the Brandt branches with any queries.\nParticipates in sharing best practices and implementing standardised processes.\nAny other duties the Employer may reasonably require the Employee to perform.\nAbout you:\nMinimum 2 years accounts payable experience \nA quick learner with superb administration skills and practices\nTeam player willing to go the extra mile for others\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft teams & SharePoint\nAbout us:\nBrandt is a world-leading equipment dealer, powered by iconic brands and unrivalled support.
