If you're passionate about customer service, sales, and the agriculture industry, we'd love to hear from you\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive salary and commission structure.\nCompany vehicle & tools of trade.\nOngoing training and professional development opportunities.\nPositive and supportive work environment.\nEmployee discounts on service and Brandt products.\nAbout the role:\nConduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to offer information on Brandt parts, maintenance, and repair services.\nMeet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to parts and service sales.\nAssist customers in identifying their parts and service needs accurately.\nProvide detailed information on Brandt parts, pricing, and service options.\nCollaborate with the service team to schedule appointments and allocate resources efficiently.\nAssist the customers in understanding the importance of routine maintenance and recommend appropriate services for equipment needs.\nMaintain accurate customer interactions, orders, and service history records in our CRM system.\nFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns or questions, and build long-term relationships.\nStay updated on the latest Brandt product releases, service offerings and industry trends.\nAbout you:\n5+ years of previous sales experience in the heavy equipment industry. (in a similar role is preferred)\nStrong knowledge of agriculture equipment parts and services.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to build reports and maintain positive relationships with customers.\nResults-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.\nProficiency in computer systems and software used in customer relationship management (CRM).\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\nAbility to Plan, develop, and communicate territory coverage to maximise sales potential.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
