Oversee the successful implementation and execution of these plans through the branch operations. \nAssist field teams in guiding and building succession plans for each store and key roles.\nReview financials for your stores and do Monthly reviews with your team, helping identify focus areas.\nDevelop plans for the improved performance of each department \nTrack and follow up on branch visit report cards, ensuring proper call cycles are followed.\nUnderstand 5S and Lean principles and support them as we roll them out to new stores.\nEnsure dealer audit criteria are met at the stores.\nCollaborate with division and regional CSA managers to support the stores consistently.\nAbout you:\nProven knowledge of heavy machinery dealer practices.\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills.\nExperience in business development.\nProven leadership skills.\nPrevious experience as an operations Manager is considered an asset.\nRequires a Full Driver's Licence.\nCandidates must be able to obtain or possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.\nAbout us:\nBrandt is a world-leading equipment dealer powered by iconic brands and unrivalled support.
