This career opportunity offers earnings potential along with exposure for career advancement.\nRepresent the company in the sale of the full range of John Deere Construction and Forestry equipment, including Articulated Dump Trucks (ADTs), Dozers, Excavators, Graders, Wheel Loaders, and all related attachments and equipment, while building strong customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities across the territory.\nWork and have ownership of a geographic area (which Brandt may amend from time to time, at its sole discretion).\nMaintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.\nImplement and maintain regular call cycles within a given area of responsibility.\nMonitors trends in customer business and competitors’ activity/products\nMaintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management.\nAchieve sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, including but not limited to market share.\nAssists with the preparation and execution of customers events.\nConducts new equipment field demonstrations.\nMaintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.\nAttends applicable sales training events/seminars.\nTimely communication of trends, activity, sales reports etc to Management\nMaintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.\nAbout you:\nThe ability to grow sales within a specified sale territory. \nOrganization skills are a must have. \nThe capability to balance multiple tasks and priorities. \nA strong communicator with the skill to effectively influence others. \nAbility to build and maintain long term relationships. \nSales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset.\nAbout us:\nBrandt is a world-leading equipment dealer, powered by iconic brands and unrivalled support.
