We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented GenAI Integrated Designer with motion skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an expert grasp of digital, social, and motion design, is eager to embrace GenAI workflows, and enjoys hands-on creation across all phases of a project. \nYou’ll be trained on our proprietary AI platform, Pencil, and use this alongside other GenAI tools to produce creative solutions that stand out in the market. You’ll work collaboratively from brief to delivery on a range of assets - adapting, optimizing, and evolving content for digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and brand campaigns. You’ll blend classic design and motion skills with GenAI-powered techniques, helping us produce scalable, standout content for high-profile brands. \nWhat you'll be doing: \nWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social. \nDesign, layout, animate and refine digital marketing assets (static, animated, and video formats), e-commerce content, and social-first visuals - directly leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate, enhance, or transform ideation and production processes. \nDevelop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display using the Pencil platform in response to client briefs. \nTake client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image & video generation and final creative assembly using different GenAI models and techniques. \nOptimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts, ensuring best practices for web, mobile, and social distribution. \nImplement brand guidelines, ensuring visual quality and cohesion throughout every project. \nRespond constructively to feedback, using GenAI capabilities to rapidly iterate and improve designs as needed. \nPresent your work to internal teams, confidently explaining how GenAI has contributed to ideation or execution. \nStay up-to-date with the latest design and GenAI trends, proactively suggesting new tools and features for creative experimentation. \nOversee the quality and consistency of creative output of your work to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, client objectives, and evolving best practices in AI-powered content. \nContinuously research, evaluate, and experiment with new GenAI tools, staying at the forefront of what’s possible and sharing insights with the broader team. \nEnsure the timely, efficient, and effective delivery of finished assets across multiple projects. \nAs a business we're committed to ensuring everyone on our team is fully trained and confident in using Pencil AI and other approved AI tools.
