You’ll partner with Event Planners to move creative requests smoothly through the Creative Studio-from initial brief and scoping through production and delivery. \nThis role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized communicator experienced in print, digital, large-format, and experiential event production. Experience supporting events within the financial services industry is highly valued. \nWhat you’ll do \nTurn event requests into clear briefs, scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.\nManage multiple projects through the Creative Studio, from intake and resourcing to approvals and final delivery.\nCoordinate workflows across Event Planning, Creative, Production, Digital, Account teams, and external vendors.\nCommunicate project status, next steps, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.\nManage feedback and approvals, ensuring direction is clear, consolidated, and actionable.\nOversee print, digital, large-format, signage, environmental, and experiential assets.\nPartner with print and production vendors on estimates, specifications, proofs, shipping, and delivery.\nTrack schedules, budgets, scope changes, and project documentation.\nResolve blockers quickly and escalate issues when appropriate.\nUse approved technology and AI tools to improve planning, communication, and workflow efficiency. \nWhat you bring \n2+ years of project management experience in events, experiential marketing, or creative production; agency or Creative Studio experience preferred.\nExperience in financial services event production is a strong plus.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong project management skills across scoping, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and delivery.\nKnowledge of print, digital, large-format, signage, and experiential production.\nExperience working with print, fabrication, installation, and production vendors.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms such as Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.\nFamiliarity with AI tools and willingness to use approved solutions responsibly when appropriate.\nExceptional organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines.\nA proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. \nWhat success looks like \nYou bring clarity to complex requests, communicate proactively, anticipate risks, and keep teams aligned.
