Be seen, be understood, be you. \nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure, systems, and automation that support software development, deployment, and operations. This role is responsible for improving software delivery workflows, infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security through automation and collaboration with engineering teams.\nThe successful candidate will have strong expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), cloud technologies, scripting, and systems administration. They will play a key role in resolving complex technical challenges, implementing DevOps best practices, and driving continuous improvement across development and infrastructure environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable consistent, automated, and reliable software delivery.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.\nCollaborate with software development and operations teams to improve build, testing, release, deployment, and monitoring processes.\nImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to support system reliability and performance.\nMaintain and optimize cloud-based and/or on-premises environments, ensuring availability, scalability, security, and operational stability.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, deployment, and system issues across development, testing, and production environments.\nApply DevOps best practices, including version control, automation, configuration management, and continuous improvement.\nMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing resources.\nIdentify opportunities to improve infrastructure efficiency, deployment reliability, system performance, and operational processes.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\n12+ years of relevant professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or a related technical field.\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nHands-on experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.\nProficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.\nPractical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.\nWorking knowledge of cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nStrong understanding of Linux and/or Windows system administration and networking fundamentals.\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.\nUnderstanding of infrastructure security, system availability, scalability, and performance optimization.\nDemonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently, collaborate effectively across teams, and manage competing technical priorities.\nPreferred skills\nKafka\nMySQL and/or PostgreSQL\nRedis\nNetworking\nCision is the global leader in consumer and media intelligence, engagement, and communication solutions.
