This role integrates all phases of project development - from Front End Engineering (FEL) through engineering, procurement, field execution, commissioning, and close-out - ensuring safe, compliant, and competitive project delivery aligned with Braskem’s Capital Work Process and site requirements.\nThis position oversees project scope, cost, schedule, risk management, contractor performance, quality, and field execution. This includes direct leadership of all construction activities at the Marcus Hook site, ensuring field work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Federal, State, Local, PSM, and Braskem standards.\nThe role works closely with operations, maintenance, HES, site leadership, engineering contractors, construction firms, procurement, and the regional Capital Investments organization. Although based at the Marcus Hook site, this position reports to the Project Leader responsible for the Northeast region and plays a key role in delivering the regional capital portfolio.\nKey responsibilities:\nFEL development,\nConstructability reviews\nConstruction execution planning, progress tracking, quality assurance\nTurnover preparation and project performance reporting\nAnnual portfolio budgeting, project prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives\nRequirements: \nBS in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering with at least 10 years of project management/engineering experience. \nStrong technical and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with other departments and those outside the Investment Group. \nSelf starter who works well in cross functional teams.\nExcellent communication skills and leadership abilities. \nProven record leading process projects through design and field implementation.
