You will work primarily with React and Node.js, with a focus on media experiences, web players, scalable content delivery, and video/image-related functionality.\nResponsibilities:\nDeveloping and maintaining modern web applications with a strong focus on React.\n\nBuilding and improving backend services using Node.js.\n\nWorking on features related to video and image processing, media delivery, and web players.\n\nBuilding responsive, performant, and maintainable user-facing functionality.\n\nImproving application performance, reliability, and scalability.\n\nIntegrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs.\n\nWorking with media and advertising-related functionality across the application stack.\n\nContributing to technical decisions and suggesting improvements to existing solutions.\n\nWriting clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.\n\nCollaborating with other engineers and product stakeholders throughout the development process.\n\nParticipating in code reviews and supporting good engineering practices.\n\nRequirements:\nCommercial experience in full-stack or front-end focused software development.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with React.\n\nCommercial experience with Node.js.\n\nStrong understanding of modern web application development.\n\nExperience integrating applications with APIs and backend services.\n\nGood understanding of web performance and scalable application development.\n\nAbility to independently solve technical problems and take ownership of delivered features.\n\nGood communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and product teams.\n\nNice to have:\nPrevious experience in AdTech, media, publishing, or digital advertising.\n\nExperience working with video or image processing.\n\nExperience developing or integrating web-based media players.\n\nExperience working on high-traffic or large-scale web applications.\n\nUnderstanding of media delivery and performance optimisation.\n\nExperience with content-heavy or media-heavy applications.\n\nExperience with advertising-related functionality or integrations.\n\nFamiliarity with browser performance optimisation.\n\nExperience with TypeScript.\n\nExperience with automated testing.\n\nExperience with CI/CD environments.\n\nPractical experience using AI-assisted development
