communication.\nZakres obowiązków\nLead the design and development of fullstack applications using React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.\nTake ownership of frontend and backend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.\nDesign and implement complex React components, reusable UI solutions, and state management patterns.\nDevelop Java-based microservices, REST APIs, and integrations with external systems.\nDrive technical decisions, establish coding standards, and improve engineering practices.\nMentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and support the team in solving complex technical challenges.\nCollaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver new platform capabilities.\nWymagania\nOur requirements7+ years of commercial software development experience, including experience in technical leadership.\nStrong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.\nStrong commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.\nExperience designing complex React applications, reusable components, and state management using Redux or similar solutions.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous communication, and system integrations.\nExperience with SQL databases, Hibernate/JPA, and database optimization.\nPractical knowledge of automated testing, including JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or React Testing Library.\nExperience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.\nAbility to make architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and maintain hands-on involvement in development.\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.\n Nice to haveExperience with Next.js and frontend performance optimization.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.\nExperience with Kafka or other event-driven
