performance, reliability and maintainability.\nCollaborating closely with engineering and QA teams.\nProviding technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers.\nContributing to engineering practices and technical standards.\nTaking ownership of technically challenging initiatives from design through implementation.\nUsing modern development practices, including AI-assisted engineering tools, while maintaining strong engineering standards.\nWymagania\nSeveral years of commercial software development experience with Go.\nProven experience building complex, reliable and scalable systems.\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, system design and distributed systems.\nExperience making independent technical decisions and taking ownership of technical solutions.\nExperience working with complex, established codebases.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to engineering.\nExperience providing technical leadership or mentoring to other engineers.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with experienced engineers and technical stakeholders.\nHigh level of autonomy and accountability.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with Python.\nKnowledge of networking, network infrastructure or distributed systems.\nExperience with cybersecurity or security-focused products.\nBackground in IT infrastructure, aviation or other technically demanding domains.\nExperience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes or other modern infrastructure technologies.\nExperience shaping engineering practices or technical standards.\nPractical
