ability to make independent technical decisions.\nA high level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.\nExperience working with existing codebases and extending established solutions.\nWillingness to learn new technologies and deepen domain knowledge.\nNice to haveExperience with both Python and Go.\nKnowledge of networking, network infrastructure, or distributed systems.\nExperience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, aviation, or other technically demanding domains.\nExperience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership.\nPractical experience using AI in software
