obowiązków\nResearch, design and implement AI/ML solutions addressing complex product and data challenges\nBuild and integrate production-ready AI-powered features\nExplore different technical approaches, run experiments and evaluate results to identify the most effective solutions\nDevelop Python-based AI/ML applications, workflows and data processing solutions\nBuild prototypes and turn successful experiments into scalable, reliable production systems\nWork with LLMs, machine learning models and AI APIs as part of real product features\nDefine evaluation methods and metrics to measure quality, accuracy, latency, cost and business impact\nInvestigate model behaviour, identify performance issues and improve AI solutions based on real-world results\nWork closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems\nTake ownership of AI initiatives from initial research through implementation, deployment and continuous improvement\nWymagania\nAt least 6 years of commercial experience in AI / Machine Learning\nStrong hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions for real-world products and production environments\nStrong practical knowledge of Python\nHands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI and modern machine learning approaches\nExperience building, testing, deploying and maintaining AI solutions in production\nExperience taking solutions from research / PoC / prototype to production\nAbility to independently research different approaches, implement them and validate results experimentally\nStrong understanding of AI/ML evaluation, including quality, accuracy, reliability, latency and cost\nExperience debugging and improving AI systems based on production behaviour and user feedback\nStrong engineering mindset — the ability to build reliable and maintainable solutions, not only develop models or conduct research\n\nHighly ValuedExperience with RAG, AI agents, embeddings or semantic search\nExperience with AI evaluation frameworks or LLM observability tools\nExperience with AWS or other cloud platforms\nExperience integrating AI models with backend systems
