You’ll work on high-throughput, low-latency backend systems, applying your AdTech or RTB expertise to challenges in real-time advertising.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and improve backend services supporting real-time ad-buying and delivery decisions.\n\nIdentify performance bottlenecks and improve throughput, latency and reliability.\n\nDevelop bidding flows, advertising integrations and services processing bid-stream data.\n\nContribute to technical decisions across performance-critical backend components.\n\nApply your domain knowledge to engineering challenges in programmatic advertising.\n\nRequirements\nSenior-level backend engineering experience, including work on high-throughput, low-latency production systems.\n\nStrong experience in RTB or AdTech, particularly in programmatic advertising, media delivery or advertising marketplaces.\n\nSolid backend engineering experience with Node.js/TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java or Python, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.\n\nThe ability to investigate performance issues and make sound engineering trade-offs.\n\nStrong software engineering fundamentals and a practical approach to solving complex technical problems.\n\nNice to have\nKnowledge of OpenRTB 2.5/2.6, IAB standards and advertising formats.\n\nExperience with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, header bidding or Prebid.\n\nFamiliarity with OpenRTB Native, VAST, bid shading, pacing or frequency capping.\n\nUnderstanding of IAB TCF 2.2 and GDPR consent handling in advertising systems.\n\nWhat we offer\nWork on a large-scale advertising platform
