You will work across the full path of a creative: from video and image ingestion and processing, through APIs, to delivery and rendering inside web players, news sites and e-commerce stores.\n\nWhat we offer\nMultisport card.\nPrivate healthcare.\nStock options, so you benefit from the success you help build.\nOwnership of media formats end to end, from concept to production.\nFast feedback loops: services and changes can be tested against real traffic with a low barrier to experimentation.\nDirect impact on advertiser outcomes and company revenue.\nModern AI tooling as part of your daily engineering workflow.\n\nZakres obowiązków\nDesign, build and operate media services end to end: ingestion, processing, APIs and production delivery.\nBuild low-latency, high-throughput backend services that turn large, noisy, real-world data into value.\nWork hands-on with video and image pipelines, web players and content embedded into third-party interfaces.\nOwn production quality: security, monitoring, observability and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with engineers, product owners and data scientists, and raise the bar for how backend systems are built and run.\nIterate fast: changes are safely tested against real traffic, and an idea often reaches validation in days rather than weeks.\nContribute to the next generation of ad products and formats.\nUse modern AI development tooling as a normal part of your daily workflow.\nWymagania\nRequirements\n4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including running production systems.\nStrong Node.js/TypeScript (or a comparable language) with a backend focus.\nStrong React experience. You will build and maintain the customer-facing interfaces around these services, so this is a fullstack role rather than a backend-only one.\nSolid, hands-on AWS experience: ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS, CDK, MediaConvert, CloudFront. You should be able to name the services you have used, explain what you built with them, and be comfortable helping out on the infrastructure side at scale.\nPractical experience with media: video and image processing, media delivery, and embedding web content or players into different interfaces (apps, news websites, e-commerce).\nExperience taking a product from idea to production ownership, including monitoring, iteration and long-term maintenance.\nStrong computer science fundamentals and software engineering best practices.\nExperience building systems that handle structured but skewed and noisy data.\nExperience with AI-enabled development as part of your everyday workflow.\nBased in Europe and comfortable working in an English-speaking, distributed team.\nNice to have\nExperience in ad tech or programmatic advertising (real-time bidding experience is not required).\nReal-time or low-latency backend systems.\nMedia delivery and format optimization at
