obowiązków\nDesign and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js\nBuild and integrate AI-powered features into production systems\nResearch different AI approaches, run experiments and evaluate results to identify the most suitable solutions\nDevelop Python-based components for AI/ML workflows, data processing and experimentation\nBuild prototypes and transform successful approaches into reliable, production-ready solutions\nIntegrate LLMs, AI models and external AI services with existing backend systems\nDefine evaluation methods and metrics to measure the quality and performance of AI solutions\nWork closely with engineering and product teams on architecture and implementation decisions\nTake ownership of features from technical design and experimentation through implementation and deployment\nMonitor and improve existing solutions based on production results, performance and user feedback\nWymagania\nRequirements・Strong commercial experience with Node.js and backend development\n・At least 2 years of commercial experience working with AI/ML solutions\n・Professional experience with Python\n・Hands-on experience building and integrating AI-powered functionality into real-world products\n・Experience taking AI experiments or prototypes into production\n・Ability to research different technical approaches, test them and make decisions based on results\n・Understanding of how to evaluate AI-based solutions, including quality, accuracy, latency and cost\n・Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs and integrations\n・Ability to independently own technically complex features from idea to production\nHighly Valued・Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents or GenAI applications\n・Experience working with major AI model providers and APIs\n・Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms\n・Experience with AI observability, evaluation frameworks or production monitoring\n・Previous experience in travel technology, hospitality,
