Sales\n\nJob Summary\n\n The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, attract customers, and support revenue growth.\n\n The successful candidate must have practical knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising, content planning, search engine optimisation, analytics, and online lead generation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and sales objectives.\n\n Plan and manage campaigns across relevant digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google.\n\n Create and implement social media content calendars in collaboration with the content and design teams.\n\n Coordinate the production of marketing content, including graphics, short videos, promotional materials, and campaign copy.\n\n Set up, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.\n\n Conduct audience research to identify customer needs, interests, and online behaviour.\n\n Manage the company’s online presence and maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms.\n\n Monitor campaign performance using appropriate analytics tools.\n\n Track advertising expenditure and recommend ways to improve return on investment.\n\n Conduct keyword research and implement basic search engine optimisation (SEO) practices where applicable.\n\n Develop email marketing, retargeting, and lead-nurturing campaigns where appropriate.\n\n Work with the sales team to generate qualified leads and improve lead conversion.\n\n Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.\n\n Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.\n\n Recommend campaign improvements based on data, customer feedback, and performance results.\n\n Ensure that marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and applicable advertising requirements.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\n Number of qualified leads generated.\n\n Cost per lead.\n\n Conversion rate.\n\n Return on advertising spend (ROAS), where applicable.\n\n Website traffic and landing-page performance.\n\n Social media engagement and audience growth.\n\n Campaign delivery within budget.\n\n Quality and timeliness of marketing reports.\n\n Contribution to sales and customer acquisition.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\n Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.\n\n At least 2–4 years of practical digital marketing experience is preferred.\n\n Demonstrable experience running digital advertising campaigns.\n\n Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools.\n\n Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools is an advantage.\n\n A portfolio of previous campaigns and measurable results is desirable.\n\nRequired Skills and Competencies:\n\n Strong digital marketing knowledge.\n\n Content planning and campaign management.\n\n Data
