entertainment, events and lifestyle experiences to local and international guests.\nWe are looking for a highly organized, commercially minded and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team and support the smooth and efficient operation of the destination.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the end-to-end procurement process for food, beverages, housekeeping, maintenance, events and general supplies.\n\nSource and evaluate reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive prices and terms.\n\nObtain and analyze quotations while ensuring procurement transparency and value for money.\n\nEnsure timely delivery of quality products and services.\n\nWork closely with Kitchen, F&B, Stores, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Events and Finance.\n\nMonitor supplier performance, quality and delivery standards.\n\nMaintain accurate purchase orders, procurement records and documentation.\n\nSupport cost control and ensure procurement remains within approved budgets.\n\nEnsure compliance with Bravo Coco Beach procurement policies and procedures.\n\nSupport procurement for special events, brunches, weddings, corporate functions and other major activities.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nBachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.\n\n3–5 years of relevant procurement experience.\n\nExperience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, resorts or F&B operations is highly preferred.\n\nStrong negotiation, supplier management and cost-control skills.\n\nGood knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management.\n\nStrong Excel and computer skills.\n\nProfessional procurement certification such as CPSP/CIPS is an advantage.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n\nWe are looking for someone who is:\n\nHighly
