POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager - Orders and Large Accounts is responsible for managing large and critical projects and key accounts from order placement through to successful installation. They will work closely with the Customer Experience, Sales Support, Sales, Engineering, Design, and dealer teams to ensure projects are planned, communicated, and completed successfully. This role requires strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify issues, evaluate situations, make informed decisions, and find effective solutions. The Project Manager will manage timelines, coordinate multiple teams, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure key project deadlines and customer expectations are met. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain detailed project plans for large and critical projects with dealer partners, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
