We’re currently hiring for the following roles:\nFull Time Bread & Pastry Baker (10am-6:30pm)\nCompensation: $18.00 - $25.00\nOur Bread and Pastry bakers are responsible for evening production across both our bread and pastry programs. Tasks include:\nBread: Mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and packing sourdough loaves, baguettes, rolls, and other breads.\nPastry: Mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, finishing, and packing viennoiserie, cold case items, packaged goods, and other pastries.\nPart Time PM Baker (2pm-10.30pm)\nCompensation: $18.00 - $21.00\nOur PM Bakers support evening production and packout.
