The ultimate goal is to scale the Fintech operations while safeguarding the integrity and dedication of the services provided.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\n- Supervise the day-to-day operations of Breadfast Pay fintech services, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant execution.\n- Plan, organize, and manage daily back-office fintech operations and routines.\n- Ensure consistent adherence to operational processes, policies, and procedures.\n- Monitor and evaluate operational workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.\n- Own and manage all chargeback cases related to Breadfast Pay fintech services.\n- Monitor reported fraud cases and take corrective and preventive actions in coordination with the Fraud team.\n- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and partner standards.\n- Conduct compliance checks across branches and stores handling fintech products.\n- Monitor service levels and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.\n- Manage and optimize on-ground fintech operations across stores, including inventory, materials, equipment, and manpower.\n- Ensure a seamless operational and customer experience at store level.\n- Support Marketing and Growth teams in on-ground acquisition and activation initiatives.\n- Ensure proper training of store agents on customer onboarding and fintech product handling.\n- Lead, coach, and manage the fintech operations team to achieve departmental KPIs.\n- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide continuous feedback and development.\n- Ensure effective delegation while maintaining accountability and operational control.\n- Build a high-performing, engaged, and compliant operations team.\n- Establish and implement quality control measures aligned with Breadfast Pay standards.\n- Conduct regular operational reviews to identify non-compliance and inefficiencies.\n- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive process optimization.\n- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.\n- Collaborate closely with Business, Finance, Compliance, Fraud, CX, Marketing, and Growth teams.\n- Act as the main operational liaison with external stakeholders, including banks and fintech partners.\n- Ensure smooth coordination, SLA adherence, and operational effectiveness across partnerships.\n- Track, analyze, and report key fintech operations KPIs.\n- Prepare and present daily and monthly operational reports to senior management.\n- Highlight trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement areas with actionable recommendations.\nRequired Education, Knowledge, And Skills:\n- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
