The position acts as a coordination point between Production, W/H and Supply Chains teams to ensure reliable operational data within Odoo ERP system.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nPerform daily production data entry and validation (Receiving, Delivering, Material consumption and Actual production) on Odoo System.\n\nGenerate production IPC, follow up and production inventory reports.\n\nCreate, update and close Manufacturing Orders (MO) on Odoo ERP system.\n\nExecute and monitor internal material transfers between production areas and warehouses, ensuring accurate recording in Odoo system.\n\nExecute monthly and daily inventory cut-off procedures with physical stock counts on ground and ensure alignment with Odoo records.\n\nMonitor actual RM (Raw Material) and PM (Packaging Material) inventory accuracy per shift.\n\nReview and verify Bill of Materials (BOMs) to ensure alignment with approved product recipes.\n\nMonitor and follow up on any updates or changes in BOMs within Odoo system and ensure proper implementation on the production floor.\n\nTrack and report daily production KPIs including production fulfillment, operational scrap, breakdowns and estimated revenue losses.\n\nUpdate and track production plans in coordination with the Production planning team.\n\nEnsure production data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.\n\nCoordinate with production engineers, production W/H, Chefs and production planning teams to maintain smooth operations.\nRequired Education, Knowledge, And Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.\n\n2 - 4 years of experience in production control, production reporting or manufacturing operations, preferably in food manufacturing.\n\nExperience with ERP Systems (Preferred: Odoo ERP)\n\nStrong knowledge of production reporting and manufacturing order tracking.\n\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis\n\nAnalytical Thinking.\n\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to handle production data and reports.\n\nEffective communication with cross- functional teams.\n\nFlexibility for shift work (day/night rotations).","description_format":"text","description_chars":2452,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Bakery & Pastry","Online Groceries"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-03T19:28:30Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:0","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-04T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/breadfast-production-controller","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/breadfast-production-controller.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-05T02:35:36Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3537,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1463,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-06T00:00:00Z"}}}
