Objectives\nThis position is responsible for reviewing quality standards for the assigned areas and ensuring evidence is collected correctly and kept managed, product inspection at incoming and outbound processes of the facilities, and first line data gathering analysis at their respective areas.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDevelop and apply quality standards for the assigned areas and work hand to hand with the operative teams to improve and sustain quality performance.\n\nImplement and follow-up for inspection of incoming and outbound products for the facilities.\n\nWork with the operative team to close the non-conformities and comments results from audits and visits.\n\nInvestigate for root causes of complaints and develop effective actions to prevent recurrence.\n\nTrain and develop the operative team for quality culture and requirements to raise knowledge and ease processes.\n\nWill be responsible to apply a maintenance plan for the assigned areas and monitor it.\n\nInspect raw materials used in manufacturing.\n\nApplying GMP in manufacturing areas.\n\nCreating a HACCP plan for assigned facilities.\n\nREQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS\nGood knowledge of operations and coffee stores quality management.\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\n\nWell detail oriented.\n\nVery Good communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nGood analytical skills.\n\nGood knowledge of food safety and quality systems.\n\nGood negotiation skills.\n\nVery good time
