The role works closely with business users and technology vendors to ensure reliable system operation and successful implementation of new solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport digital initiatives including POS, CRM, and ordering platforms (e.g., BYOD, kiosk)\n\nAssist in system integration and ensure accurate data flow between platforms\n\nPerform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues, and coordinate bug fixes\n\nConfigure and maintain POS menus, promotions, and campaign setups\n\nTroubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors for resolution\n\nWork closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to gather requirements\n\nSupport continuous improvements and system enhancements\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field\n\n1–3 years of relevant experience (F&B or retail systems preferred)\n\nFresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and relevant internship/project experience may also be considered\n\nBasic understanding of POS systems, retail/F&B applications, system integration, API concepts, UAT, SQL and database queries, networking concepts (eg.
