Senior C++ Developer - Trading Systems

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Developer to build and optimize high-performance, low-latency trading applications. The role involves working closely with traders and quantitative researchers to develop scalable trading systems and exchange connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain low-latency trading applications using Modern C++ (C++17/C++20).

- Build and optimize market data, order management, and execution systems.

- Develop multithreaded, high-performance applications on Linux.

- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Collaborate with traders, quants, and technology teams.

- Review code, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of C++ development experience.

- Strong knowledge of Modern C++, Data Structures, Algorithms, STL, and OOP.

- Experience with Linux, Multithreading, TCP/IP, and Socket Programming.

- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Git.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Algorithmic Trading, Proprietary Trading, or HFT.

- Knowledge of FIX Protocol, market data feeds, and low-latency system design.

- Familiarity with Boost, IPC, shared memory, and Python is a plus.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
