Forward Deployed Engineer (Brazil) | Local Founding Team

We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the enterprise automation space to hire a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its founding team in Brazil.
This isn't a traditional software engineering role. You'll work directly with customers, building AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems, deploying production-ready applications, and shaping the future of an AI platform already transforming operations for leading enterprises.

What You'll Do
Partner directly with customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption to ensure they get maximum value from AI solutions.
Design and build new product capabilities, prototypes, MVPs, and production features that solve complex customer challenges.
Develop full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
Build, deploy, and continuously improve AI-powered applications, including LLM workflows, prompt engineering, voice technologies, and transcription systems.
Design and maintain integrations with customer systems and third-party APIs.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback, continuously improving performance and user experience.
Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and execution speed.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience building full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Hands-on experience developing with Python.
Experience building AI applications, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern AI tooling.
Strong understanding of APIs and third-party system integrations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Comfortable working directly with customers and acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Exceptional prioritization and project management skills in fast-moving environments.
