experience.\n\n5+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.\n\nExperience building technical organisations from the ground up.\n\nProven ownership of production systems at scale.\n\nTechnical Depth + Executive Presence\nComfortable discussing architecture with engineers and strategy with executive leadership.\n\nAble to balance hands-on execution with long-term technical vision.\n\nStartup Mindset\nHigh ownership and bias for action.\n\nThrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.\n\nPrior Startup Founder experience is a MUST\n\nAI Experience\nStrong understanding of AI, LLMs, and modern AI infrastructure.\n\nExperience delivering AI-powered products into production is highly desirable.\n\nCommunication\nExcellent English communication skills.\n\nFluent or native in the local
