You'll be the link between users and the development team, influencing how the company operates internally and how we grow.\n\nRequirements:\n\n3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (ERP experience required).\n\nStrong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.\n\nExcellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation.\n\nExperience with ERP implementation life cycle (from design to go-live). SAP, Oracle expertise are welcome.\n\nFamiliar with API integration in multi-platform projects. Worked with Postman or similar.\n\nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nEnglish intermediate technical.\n\nUser training experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nRequirements Gathering & Analysis\n\nEngage with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into functional specifications.\n\nMap current processes and design optimized workflows using internal ERP modules.\n\nDocument business requirements, use cases, and user stories.\n\nSystem Design & Customization\n\nCollaborate with ERP consultants and developers to design and configure solutions.\n\nValidate feasibility of customizations and integrations.\n\nEnsure alignment of system functionality with business processes.\n\nTesting & Validation\n\nDefine acceptance criteria and support QA/testing activities.\n\nAssist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders.\n\nEnsure data consistency and accuracy during migration.\n\nChange Management & Training\n\nSupport end-users with documentation, manuals, and training sessions.\n\nPromote adoption and address resistance by demonstrating business value.\n\nAct as a key point of contact between IT and business units.\n\nContinuous Improvement\n\nMonitor system performance and gather user feedback post-implementation.\n\nRecommend enhancements and new ERP features to improve efficiency.\n\nKey Competencies:\n\nAnalytical and critical thinking.\n\nStrong problem-solving orientation.\n\nAbility to translate business needs into technical solutions.\n\nCollaborative and cross-functional mindset.\n\nEffective communication across technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nWe promise that with us you will have the opportunity for:\n\n• Professional realization, experience exchange, and career development.\n\n• Working in a financially strong, fast-growing international company.\n\n• Being part of a like-minded team in a friendly atmosphere.
