You bring expertise in the ability to lead and influence others effectively and impart knowledge efficiently through various methods of training and are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Financial Analyst, you will:\nAnalyzes and communicates the financial and operational performance of the Carlsbad and Indianapolis operations, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.\nPrepares, consolidates, and presents financial reports, comparing actual results against budget, forecast, and prior periods to support decision-making.\nPerforms variance analysis, identifies the primary drivers of deviations, and follows up with the appropriate teams to address them.\nSupports the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, as well as the development and maintenance of financial models and analyses.\nPrepares and analyzes information related to income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, gross margin, and other financial metrics.\nAnalyzes costs, expenses, and operational metrics to identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and potential impacts on business profitability.\nMonitors compliance with the company’s purchasing policy and financial controls, identifying deviations and following up with business partners.\nCollaborates with Finance and Operations teams in Carlsbad, Mexicali, Texas, and Indianapolis to address requests, validate information, and follow up on business priorities.\nMaintains financial processes, documentation, and records up to date, and participates in continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives for financial reports and processes.\nResponsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Breg’s cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.\nResponsible for promoting Breg's culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, providing focused feedback, and recognition. The performance of the position is aligned with the culture of commitment and accountability, following the steps of: See it, Own it, Solve it, and Do it.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum English proficiency of 80%.\n1+ years of experience as a Public Accountant or in a related accounting/finance role.\nProficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project, and PowerPoint, as well as Internet navigation.
