This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team at the heart of BREEAM and Building Performance Services, ensuring customers receive a seamless experience while supporting the delivery of key business revenue and operational goals.\nAbout the Role\nAs an Operations Team Leader, you'll lead a team of Operations Support Co-ordinators across our Watford and Glasgow locations, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of services that support BREEAM products, including BREEAM In-Use and the BREEAM Store.\nYou'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction while supporting revenue generation through the effective management of purchasing, procurement, invoicing and order fulfilment activities.\nThis is a hybrid role, with a minimum expectation of two days per week in either our Watford or Glasgow office, alongside occasional travel between locations when required.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach and develop a team of Operations Support Co-ordinators, providing day-to-day guidance, performance management and training.\n\nMonitor team performance against KPIs and service level agreements, ensuring high-quality customer service delivery.\n\nOversee the operational management of BREEAM In-Use cost proposals, registrations, certifications and credit management activities.\n\nManage BREEAM Store operations, including order processing, supplier relationships and fulfilment activities.\n\nSupport procurement, purchasing, invoicing and business administration processes across BPS products and services.\n\nAnalyse operational performance data and provide regular reporting to the BPS Operations Manager.\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.\n\nHandle customer escalations and complaints professionally and in line with quality procedures.\n\nSupport quality assurance and compliance activities, including adherence to recognised standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 17065.\n\nWork collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support service development, system enhancements and operational delivery.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who combines strong people leadership skills with a practical understanding of operational processes and customer service delivery.\nYou'll ideally have:\nProven experience leading, motivating and managing team performance.\n\nExperience working within an operational, business support, customer service or administration environment.\n\nKnowledge of procurement, purchasing, supplier management or supply chain activities.\n\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\n\nHigh attention to detail and a commitment to quality.\n\nConfidence analysing and reporting performance, service or financial data.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nA proactive, positive and adaptable approach to work.\n\nThe ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the business.\n\nBRE Benefits\nAt BRE, we offer a competitive salary, reviewed annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your financial security, well-being, and career development.\nFinancial & Security Benefits\nPension scheme - 5% employer-matched contribution\n\nLife assurance - 4x your basic salary\n\nEnhanced maternity package\n\nHealth & Wellbeing\nHealthPartners cashback scheme - Reclaim costs on prescriptions, physiotherapy, dental care, and more\n\nOnsite facilities - Restaurant, nursery, and free parking, including at-cost EV charging points\n\nCareer Development\nLearning & development - Free access to BRE Academy and our online learning platform\n\nProfessional membership reimbursement\n\nFor full details on our benefits, visit: BRE Employee Benefits\nWork Location Options\nHybrid - This role offers a mix of home and office working.
