全生命周期（从产品立项至量产退市）识别风险、提前预防质量问题。\nB. 确保产品及工艺创新点充分纳入设计失效模式分析（DFMEA）、过程失效模式分析（PFMEA）、设计验证与产品验证（DV&PV）工作。\nC. 核查过往经验教训是否应用于设计 / 过程失效模式分析，实现风险优先数（RPN）降低，并严格落地执行。\nD. 依据布雷博阶段评审标准检查清单，对其他项目成员的工作开展质询、纠偏。\nE. 出现质量问题或完成试验后，主导更新控制计划。\nF. 发生产品 / 工艺变更时同步更新质量文件;
