The successful candidate will contribute to building a competitive supplier base while ensuring compliance with Brembo's global purchasing strategy and procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development and deployment of sourcing strategies for assigned indirect purchasing categories.\nIdentify and evaluate local and international suppliers to expand and optimize the supplier base.\nManage supplier relationships and ensure competitive total cost, quality and service levels.\nConduct RFQ, RFI and tender processes in line with corporate purchasing standards.\nNegotiate commercial terms, contracts and service agreements.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify procurement opportunities.\nCoordinate contract management activities, including documentation, specifications, milestones and deliverables.\nMonitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when required.\nManage purchasing data, supplier records and price lists in company systems.\nEnsure compliance with Brembo purchasing procedures, policies and governance standards.\nIdentify and mitigate supply chain and contractual risks.\nDrive cost reduction, efficiency improvement and value creation initiatives.\nSupport sustainability, compliance and supplier development activities.\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum 2-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably within an international manufacturing environment.\nExperience in supplier negotiations and contract management.\nKnowledge of sourcing methodologies and procurement best practices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood negotiation and communication skills.\nAdvanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nFluency in English (minimum B2 level).\nItalian language knowledge will be considered an advantage.\nWillingness to travel occasionally within Poland and
