Production Planning & Material Planning\nLead the Operations Planning process and drive the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to maximize plant capacity utilization and customer service performance.\nEnsure alignment between customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and inventory targets.\nOversee production planning and material planning activities to guarantee uninterrupted production and optimized inventory levels.\nMonitor and manage risks related to supply shortages, demand fluctuations, and production constraints.\n2. Customer Logistics Management\nEnsure customer satisfaction through the achievement of agreed service levels and contractual delivery commitments.\nLead customer logistics activities, including order management, delivery planning, shipping coordination, and customer communication.\nMonitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and implement corrective actions to improve service reliability.\nManage customer escalations related to delivery performance and logistics issues.\nCollaborate closely with customers, production, purchasing, and transportation providers to ensure seamless deliveries.\n3. Warehouse & Inventory Management\nLead warehouse operations, internal material flow, inventory control and storage optimization activities.\nEnsure inventory accuracy and efficient inventory management while balancing customer requirements and working capital targets.\nManage inbound and outbound logistics processes to support production and customer deliveries.\nEnsure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and warehouse operating procedures.\n4. Transportation & Distribution Management\nMonitor and optimize transportation activities and logistics costs, including freight, expedited freight, warehousing, and internal distribution.\nMinimize premium freight costs through effective planning and proactive management.\nDrive initiatives to improve transportation efficiency and overall supply chain performance.\n5. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence\nLead Kaizen and continuous improvement projects within Logistics.\nPromote WCM Logistics methodologies and best practices across planning, warehouse, and customer logistics operations.\nDrive inventory reduction, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives.\nSupport logistics digitalization and automation projects when applicable.\n7.
